I can’t resist stopping at a lemonade stand. Not only are the kids adorable, but I just love a good glass of lemonade. And this pink whipped lemonade takes my obsession to the next level.
Once I discovered whipped Kool Aid, I just had to try the same technique with lemonade, and boy am I glad that I did.
The lemonade is tart and smooth and the whipped cream is luscious and thick. It might be a match made in heaven.

- ¼ cup pink lemonade mix + 2 tablespoons mix

How to Make Whipped Pink Lemonade

- To make your whipped lemonade, first, add the heavy whipping cream and the pink lemonade mix to a mixing bowl and beat on high.
- Continue beating until the cream is thickened and stiff peaks begin to form. Set the cream aside.
- To your glasses add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix and ¾ cup water and gently mix together.
- Add enough ice into each glass so that it’s about ⅔ of the way full.
- Top each glass with the cream mixture and enjoy!
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- When you are ready to serve your pink whipped lemonade drinks, you’ll want to stir the lemonade and the cream together to make the best drink. But since they look so beautiful in their layers, I usually leave them separated to serve and give each person a decorative straw so they can do the mixing themselves. They look so beautiful! If you really want to up your serving game you could even dip the rim of your glass in some of the cream mixture before serving too.
- I used Country Time lemonade mix for this recipe, but you could use any of your favorite brands. I just think Country Time has the perfect amount of tart and sweet and pairs great with the cream mixture!
- Make sure that the lemonade is well mixed into the water before adding your ice. I’ve found that lemonade can take a minute or two to dissolve and you want to make sure that all the mix is dissolved and ready to go before adding in your ice or cream mixture.
- You might find it to be easier to fill your glasses if the cream mixture is in a piping bag. Plus it looks so pretty piped! Just place the mixture in a bag and either snip the corner or use your favorite piping tip to pipe the mixture right on top of the lemonade.
Storage
If you are wanting to store your whipped lemonade, I would suggest storing the whipped cream mixture separately in an airtight container. It should last up to 24 hours in the fridge.
